We are a group of three girls looking for a new flatmate to join us as our old flatmate is moving in with her partner. The flat is a 5-10 minute bus ride to Brixton station (Victoria Line) or a 20 minute walk. It is a quiet area with great local amenities .
The flat itself is spread over one floor- the kitchen and living room are both spacious. We have a balcony and there is a shared garden space downstairs. The bedroom we are advertising is a small double room, which gets lovely afternoon and evening light. It also has built in storage.
A little about us... you'll be living with Georgia (Bar manager), Lily (Beauty Producer), Lily (Set Designer). We all work quite differing hours but like to spend time together around the weekend.
Our bills are currently around £75 but we are expecting our energy bills to rise in the next month...woohoo!
