We're looking for a clean and respectful female professional to move in with us, to replace our friend who is going travelling!
We're two friendly women who work in Charity and PR - often sociable in the evenings but also enjoy doing our own thing at home, or outside the house.
Our house is situated on a lovely residential and quiet street just off of Acre Lane - only 10 minutes walk from both Brixton station (Victoria line) and Clapham North (Northern Line).
We're very lucky to have a big living room and dining room area, where we spend some evenings cooking, eating dinner and watching TV together.
The garden is really lovely to sit outside in and have BBQs in the summer - and there's space for a bike to be stored as well.
The bedroom occupies the whole of the top floor and has two skylights on either side of the room - and comes with the bed, drawers and clothes rail - the desk and chair can also be purchased if you like!
Rent is £780 per month + approx £133 for bills (including Council tax, water, gas, electricity and superfast broadband)
Vegetarians/Pescatarians preferred, but we're pretty easy. Please get in touch if you think you'd be a good fit!
