Great location and only 5 minute walk to Brixton tube station, and 15 minute walk to Brockwell park. Buses to central London are a stone throw away. Brixton Village is less than 5 minutes away, where you’re spoilt for choice with bars and restaurants.

The room is spacious and has a built in wardrobe, and fully furnished with a bed, a dresser table and a bedside table.

The flat itself has a large open plan living room and kitchen, with fridge/freezer, washing machine, microwave, speakers, houseplants, and all the streaming platforms.

Ideal flatmate: Chilled and easy going professional, tidy, respectful of others, and enjoys company but also likes their own space. It would be cool to have someone who’s up for binge watching the next big show or enjoys after work drinks every now and then.

About current flatmate: tidy easy-going 25 y/o working in consulting. Usually wfh, but goes into the office from time to time. Enjoys music, hitting up local gigs, exploring london spots or taking it easy w/ a book, podcast and/or long sunday run.

Move in date can be negotiated. Bills not included but are approximately £100pp/pm.
