I bought this property last year and have fully renovated it (new kitchen, new bathrooms, new flooring) so everything is brand new. I have put a lot of love into the place as its my home, so the flat feels very bright and cheery!

I am looking for someone who is clean and tidy, happy to socialise with us every now and then, and will enjoy the flat as much as my tenant and I do:)
