🏡 Two Rooms Available in a Homely 3-Bed Flat – 1 Min from Brixton Station!
Hi! I’m looking for two lovely new housemates to join me in a spacious and friendly 3-bedroom flat, just a minute’s walk from Brixton station. The flat is perfectly located if you don’t mind being in a lively, vibrant area with everything on your doorstep — from Brixton Village and the market to loads of great cafes, bars, and shops.

🛏 The Rooms
Room One:
The biggest room in the flat, unfurnished, and easily fits a double bed, a large desk, and even a sofa — with plenty of space left over! The current tenant is leaving very soon, so an earlier move-in date can be arranged.

Room Two:
The smallest room, but still a really good size — it currently fits a double bed, two small desks, and a large chest of drawers. It will come unfurnished, as the current tenant is taking her things.

💰 Rent & Bills
Bills come to about £135 per person each month, covering Wi-Fi, gas & electric, water, and council tax.
The new tenancy starts 1st February, though there’s flexibility for an earlier move-in for Room One.

🏠 The Flat
There’s no living room, but we have a large shared balcony that’s perfect for summer evenings and plants!
We share a bathroom with a bath, a well-equipped kitchen, and even have two fridges (so no fighting over space!).
It’s been a mostly veggie household, but no worries if you’re not — just be respectful of each other’s habits. Cleanliness and consideration are important; we keep a simple chores rota to stay on top of things.

👋 About Me
I’m Aurélie, a Londoner who’s been in this flat for over a year. I work in the public sector, sometimes with slightly unsociable hours, and I really love the buzz of Brixton.
My two current housemates are moving out (one with a partner, one leaving London), which is really sad as it’s been such a warm and homely flat!
I’d love to find people who want to make this place their home too — friendly, sociable, and respectful. In the past, we’ve often hung out after work to chat or cook dinner together, but also value our own space. It’s not a party flat, though we do love a good celebration now and then!

I’m into creative things in my spare time and would love to live with others who have creative interests or hobbies of their own.
