I am moving out from my room as I am due to start another job in a foreign country in June.

The flat has a lot of natural light, great ventilation, and is well finished throughout. It is very close to the station (<5 minute walk) as well as several supermarkets, banks, restaurants, bars, etc.

Both existing flatmates are professionals who work from home frequently. They are both quiet but sociable and extremely welcoming. We've genuinely had a great time living here and they intend to stay for the foreseeable future. They would prefer someone at a similar stage in life but this is not a necessity.

The room comes with the bedframe, mattress, bedside table. wardrobe, drawers, desk, and desk chair. There is also an absolutely stunning rooftop.
