Huge house in Brixton - 10 min walk from the tube!

The best part about this house is that it is close enough (10-13 mins walk) to the utter chaos of Brixton/Brixton tube station but the house itself is on a quiet street opposite a park further out towards Camberwell/Loughborough. So you get the best of both worlds!

The double room available is spacious with a large window and fully furnished, with a large double bed, chest of drawers and wardrobe (all other furniture in picture belongs to current house mate who will take it with her). There are 2 bathrooms (so you'll only ever share a bathroom with max 1-2 people) and large living room in addition to the separate kitchen/dining room. We are blessed to have a decent sized garden and occassionally have BBQs and guests round or across the road at the park.

There are 5 people total as there is Sonia and Musa, a couple who share a room. There is also Phoebe as well as Ishika in the other two rooms. We are a social house but also respect each other's space especially during the working week.

We are looking for someone who is open minded, friendly and respectful who will get along with everyone but is also responsible and independent.
