💰 Rent is £880 with all bills coming to around £120 a month

🏡The room is on the 1st floor and is furnished with a bed, a large wardrobe, drawers and a bedside table. The room has a personal balcony, overlooking the garden, which is perfect in summer for BBQs, parties or storing your bike.
It is not en-suite but there is a small toilet right outside the room.
There is a bigger bathroom downstairs with shower etc.

🧘‍♀️You'll be sharing with Lucile, Jess and Ollie. They're a lovely bunch. Everyone has a busy social life but also enjoy doing things together and chilling at home too. The house is generally a calm, chilled and tidy place and they'd like someone who wants that same vibe. It would suit someone who likes a pint and a laugh but also enjoys doing their own thing.

🌃 The location is fantastic. 5 minutes walk to Brixton tube with the speedy Victoria line and a 10 minute walk to Stockwell station with the Northern line. You can walk to Clapham common or Brockwell Park within 30 mins. Lots of shops, pubs and gyms nearby too. We are 5 minutes walk from Brixton Academy, for the gig lovers.
