I’m moving out of this lovely flat on 15th July 2026 and am looking for someone to take over my part of the tenancy.

You’d be living with my housemate Beth, although she is also looking to move out so there may not be a lot of time that you cross over. You would be involved in deciding on a new flatmate to take Beth’s room (if you wanted to be) - both of us moving out would mean that you can put your own stamp on the place!

It’s in a lovely location - a 5 minute walk to Brockwell Park, 15 minute walk to Brixton tube station and Herne Hill train station. Tulse Hill is about a 25 minute walk. We’re lucky to have a bus stop literally across the road that runs buses into Brixton as well as other surrounding areas, and there’s a huge Sainsbury’s just a 5 minute walk from the flat, as well as lots of local pubs and places to eat.

The flat has a spacious living room, kitchen with loads of storage; the flat itself has lots of storage space, a lovely balcony, and a separate bathroom and toilet.

Rent: £1100.00 per month
Bills: roughly £150.00 per month
