Hiya, looking for a lovely flat mate to fill a room in my 2 bed flat in Brixton!! 🏡🏡

I’ve had the best time living here for 2 years with one of my close friends so deffo on the hunt for a house dynamic that feels homely and friendly rather than distant flatmates (think chilled nights in watching silly tv + a pint or 2 at the pub) 🍷🍷

About me:
I’m 27 (she/her), like to spend my time going to gigs, festivals, occasional swims in the lido and love being in the kitchen 🍜🍜🍜 I work for a food startup so always plenty of food freebies in the house!! Usually in the office 2/3 times a week. Deffo not a party flat and like to keep things chilled midweek but always up for a bit of fun on the weekends xx im a queer woman so a queer friendly flatmate is super important for me too!

About the flat:
A gorgeous split level flat a 15 min walk from Brixton station. It’s perfectly positioned only a couple mins walk away from Brockwell park and big Sainsbury’s with plenty of bus options nearby too.

The landlord is great and we deal with him directly which really helps get any issues resolved

Rent is £1050 and bills come out at £209 each, avail 19th July, deposit is one months rent
