A SPACIOUS double, room only (very private, quiet, bright & airy) available on a Monday to Friday basis in a large Victorian House, on a quiet street. The room has an ensuite, Sky TV, Broadband, wardrobe, small fridge, toaster, kettle and desk. All bills included. This would ideally suit a private person. Cleaning can be arranged for an extra fee.

We are lucky to live in a fantastic area offering everything you can imagine or need. A few minutes walk to frequent bus services and a 5 minute bus drive to Brixton /Victoria Line or overground trains. We are 10 minute bus drive to the Streatham Hill Station overground. The local amenities are excellent (a few mins walk) and include a Local Sainsburys, Newsagents, Post Office, Dry Cleaners & Laundrette, Pub, Coffee Shop and more. A 10/15 minute walk or 5 minute bus ride to a large well known Indoor Market with an array of eateries, etc (Brixton Village, Reliance Arcade & Market Row). There is also Pop Brixton, Brixton O2 Academy, Ritzy Picturehouse Cinema and a variety of shops for all your needs. Within a 10 minute walk you can be in Brockwell Park by the wild flower meadow, walled garden, community greenhouses, playing tennis or swimming in the all year round Lido.
