Room available in a 3 bed flat maisonette in Brixton (ex local authority). normal double room. It's a 7 mins walk from Brixton tube with great bus links to the city and west end just outside the door. The room has a double bed with new mattress and a large wardrobe.

You will be living with one professional gay guy 37, easy going and up for a laugh (but not a party animal). Looking for a girl/guy to share the flat. The flat has a modern kitchen fitted with integrated dishwasher and washing machine, fridge freezer etc. mid size Living/dining room and separate bathroom and toilet. Looking for someone that wants to be social over a beer/glass of wine and netflix now and then but also has their own life and is out and about now and then. Looking for people are clean and tidy ( aren't we all) Not OCD about this it’s just a case of being respectful of each other’s space. This is not a party house, its place to come back and relax, we can all take the party where it should be !

The room is £680/month. Bills are inc and the flat has Virgin Broadband. Normal process in terms of rent being paid in advance and 4 weeks deposit required when you move in. Available from 16 October but looking for the right person, rather than just filling it so can be flexible with move in date.
