Large furnished double, furnished room to rent in Brixton 10 minute walk from Brixton station and Clapham North.

We are Iona (32, freelance marketing manager) and Anthony (34, Radiographer). We're a sociable and relaxed house with a large living room, a big dining table and a sofabed, all of which are great for entertaining and having friends to stay.

The flat is spacious (over 100 square meters) Victorian terrace flat over three levels with large living room and big well-equipped kitchen and two BRAND NEW bathrooms,

Bills come to around £170-200pm (incl a fortnightly cleaner). Trying to keep bills as low as possible, but a big chunk of this is of course gas & electric and Lambeth council tax (Band D).

We don't have a garden but make up for it with window boxes and a vertical wall garden in the living room. There is a moderate Jurassic Park theme running throughout the house.

TV (with Freeview, Netflix & Chromecast), washing machine, dishwasher, SUPER-DUPER FAST INTERNET, and gas heating, hobs, working fireplace and A LASER.
