So firstly the flat - it's the entire lower ground floor of a large detached double-fronted Georgian house and so very spacious (nearly 900 sq ft), and also benefits from its own front door.

It comes with a very generous sized bathroom, huge living room with parquet floors and big fireplace, with a large dining table in the bay window and French doors that open out onto a private & recently re-paved courtyard garden

The bedroom comes with a double bed, wardrobe and chest of drawers with two wall shelves. There is also a large utility room for storing any extra bits and pieces.

The flat, which has recently been redecorated, is off Brixton Hill and very easy to get down to Brixton Tube (15 mins). It's also just over a 10 min walk to Tulse Hill Station with trains to Blackfriars (15 mins) and London Bridge / Farringdon (22 mins).

Nearest pub is the lovely Elm Park Tavern while Brockwell Park is almost around the corner - both less than a 5 minute walk away. And the lovely 'Le Deli Corner' cafe is at the end of the road, delicious coffee and brunch.

Me - I own the flat & I work in PR/Comms in Shoreditch. I have lived in the area for quite a few years now and love it. I'm a pretty chilled out person, can be quite busy normally but love a night in too & hoping to find a like-minded house mate, ideally late 20s+, who likes a glass of wine and a generally tidy flat!
