Room has new carpet and a fairly new double bed, a desk and cupboard and big south facing windows, (see pics). Reasonable sized kitchen and lounge. Bathroom has shower and bath. Share the cleaning. The flat is vegetarian. Would favour someone not working from home exclusively.
No garden but 5mins to Brockwell Park, the Lido and easy reach of Brixton. There is room in the hallway if you have a bike.
Fairly laid back but not into late night noise these days ;) prefer the quiet. Would suit someone over thirty.
I work in IT for charities. I read the Guardian & have a Freeview TV only.
