THE HOUSE

We're looking for a tidy, responsible and down-to-earth housemate (see below) for our redecorated, spacious 2 floor, 4 double bed house in Brixton Hill with a garden, 2 bathrooms and a big eat-in kitchen.

The bedroom is a furnished double, desk, ikea shelving (large) built in closet and comfy super-deluxe double bed.

The eat-in kitchen has a brand new larder style fridge, separate freezer, washing machine and "unbreakable" broadband with 4G backup across the whole house.

HOUSEMATES

All professionals, we're a laid back creative bunch working in tech, music and film.

Please note we have a long standing relationship with the landlord who is remote. We run the house as a collective with all of us taking joint responsibility to meet bills and rent,.

BRIXTON

Without a doubt now one of the most hippest and desirable locations to live in London, the house is situated on a quiet, family-oriented residential street on Brixton Hill, just 3 bus stops away or less than a 10 minute walk from Brixton tube. The gorgeous Brockwell Park is a 5 minute walk.
