The room available is slightly smaller than the other two, and the rent has been amended to reflect a cheaper rate than the other two tenants.

Current tenants are 2 girls aged 26 and 28 looking for a new flat mate. We have been living in the property for over three years and have really made the house a home. We have purchased a wide array of candles, cushions and decorative bits to really make a comfortable home for all to enjoy. We want to make this a comfortable home for all and welcome new cushions, throws and accessories.

Both of us work sociable hours, Monday - Friday, - and are flexible / and respectful of new ways of working from home, Weekdays are often spent cooking dinner together after work, watching tv or - within a pre-covid world - going to the gym. We enjoy a glass of wine in the evenings and exploring the local bars, restaurants and clubs at the weekend. We have had Spareroom flat shares in the past and enjoy making new friends - so we’d like to welcome someone who will equally join in.

Deposit is 1000 , and rent for November will be pro-rata based on transfer date with existing housemate.

Going forward - rent will be taken from the house account on the 1st of each month

Bills not included in advertised rental price = (rent = 713/ bills =£100) - this covers all necessities - gas, water, council tax, internet, TV license and Now TV. We also use this account for house supplies- so necessities such as toilet roll is always well stocked.
