SHORT-LET on Quiet room with double bed

Hi guys,

We have found a flatmate for our room but she doesn't move in until 5th May so it's available from 28th April to 4th May if anyone needs a short-let in London.

We have a double room in our relaxed and friendly 3-storey, 3-bed house overlooking the garden in a quiet street near Brockwell Park, Brixton. The room is on the first floor with a double bed. Small gardens rear and front.

Sitting room, fitted well-equipped kitchen, bathroom and separate second toilet, landline and internet access. We’re a musical house and there’s an art library in the hall.

Sharing with two easy-going professionals (women) one in PR/political lobbying and the other a classical musician -one a vegetarian. Possibility of shared cooking.

Comfortable sitting room with double sofa bed for guests, who are very welcome. It's not a party house, we're looking for someone who is sociable but can also appreciate their own space.. We both travel a lot and are often away at weekends.

7 mins walk from Brixton tube and train stations, 12 mins walk from Herne Hill station. Room for bike storage in the hall.

Near supermarkets and Brixton Market.

Rent £630 pcm inc council tax, but not other bills. Works out at about £690pcm inc bills.
