Double room-Brixton-2/3 months let from 1st Dec

I have a good sized double room to let in my lovely spacious, light and airy 2 bedroom apartment for 2/3months from 1st December. It’s a homely space in a Victorian conversion on a quiet residential street that is to be shared only with one other. . I am looking for a clean and easy going flat mate with own interests and pursuits. . This let would be ideal for someone visiting for a couple of months, or as an introduction to London to find a more permanent place. Happy to consider overseas people staying on work permits and older students as long as they can show proof of funds and provide viable references and security.

The room is a good size double with two big windows, one of which leads to a decked roof area exclusively for your use which is private with nice views, there is a clothes rail/ shoe rack and 2 chest of drawers, a work/study table with chair, bedside shelf, the room has a TV with access to all channels as well as Netflix ect

Energy (Gas/ Electric) average £50pm at present. I have a smart meter so costs are monitored and dependent on usage. All other household bills are included in the rent.

The lounge / kitchen is a large light airy space that will be shared, it has all mod cons, TV, music, wifi, netflix ect .. and there is a large corner sofa, coffee table and dining table with 4 chairs . The kitchen area has a fridge freezer/ cooker/ oven and washing machine, all cooking and electrical products are already here and are for shared use . The flat is split level and the lower level has access to a roof garden. The bathroom has a bath and shower unit as well as the usual sink and lavatory. The flat is modern and well decorated.
The flat is a 10/15 minute walk to Brixton underground station, but there are regular buses that will take only 5 minutes. Brixton is on the Victoria line and it takes only 10 to 15 minutes to get to central London (Oxford Circus). There are also regular all night buses from most areas in London. Brixton itself is a vibrant area with a great market, lots of restaurants and a great live music scene. There is also a large park nearby where there is an outdoor swimming pool. There is also a great sports centre.
