Large Double In Refurbished Flat Brixton/Stockwell

Hi there,

We're looking for a new flatmate to move in to the large double room in my newly refurbished flat.

The room comes fully furnished with large windows with views to north London and a double wardrobe.

The flat has a separate eat-in kitchen with dishwasher, big living/dining room with TV, south-facing balcony, upstairs bathroom (walk-in shower) and a second downstairs WC. There's good fibre-optic broadband throughout.

The flat is on a quiet street about 5 minutes walk from Stockwell station (Northern and Victoria night lines) and 8 minutes from Brixton and about 15 from Clapham North. We're just around the corner from the Brixton Jamm too.

In terms of who we are: I'm Alfie, 25 and from Edinburgh. I work in marketing for a makeup brand (which means I get a huge amount of free makeup for which I have zero use) and I've been living in London for 3 years. My flatmate Naomi is Canadian and moved to London in January. She works for fintech start-up (I've lived with her for 6 months now and still don't completely understand what she does). We're pretty busy in the week and try to enjoy our weekend as much as possible so this flat would work best for someone with a similar working pattern to us. We're lovely people and I personally have a need to be liked and to make others laugh, which you'll either find endearing. We both like living in a clean and tidy flat and we'd expect a new flatmate to proactively help us keep it like that.

Looking for someone interesting to move in from 25th August 2019. Happy to discuss rental lengths. Bills are an extra £50pm.
