We got a room available on our wonderful flat, available from 22nd April. Short or long term. Ideally we are looking for a female, who doesn't work from home and is +30.

We are 2 girls living in the flat, we are both freelancers, Betsy is a graphic designer and I am a make up artists. We have been living together in the flat x +3 years and we had become good friends, the vibe in the house is very positive and warm. I also have a cat who loves people and cuddles.

The room comes furnished with a bed, a very comfortable firm matress, and a handmade built in wardrobe.
The whole flat has a great scandinavian style refurbish, all appliances are in excellent conditions.
We are looking ideally for someone +30 years old. We are pretty chill, clean, tidy and respectful, and we'd love someone similar who matches with our cozy flat vibes.

The rent is £855/month - expenses included. Only the cleaner and cleaning products are payed separately, she comes every week.

1 month deposit required.
