Hi!

We’re looking for someone interesting, social and respectful to join our house.

THE ROOM is the smallest in the house but is priced lower than the others. It has a large double bed, a cupboard, a bedside table, a mirror and a chest of drawers.

THE HOUSE was refurbished just under 3 years ago and is 3 minutes walk from Broadway Market. It features:

- Four bedrooms
- Kitchen/Living room
- Garden
- Shower with bath and toilet
- Downstairs toilet
- Fully furnished
- Really well insulated
- Excellent landlord

- Very cool housemates

WE are Jaime, Pierre and Kellye. We're a sociable and respectful bunch who have our own interests but still enjoy hanging out together. We have dinner nights, occasional (themed) parties, BBQs in the garden during the summer, and grabbing pints in the middle of the week.

JAIME, 33, is a DJ and doctor and graduate student (we don't know how he does it either). He likes music and a good boogie night, and occasional visits to his homeland, the Netherlands.

PIERRE, 34, is a genius bio-physicist who studies tiny, tiny cells. He moved to London from Paris. He likes cooking (but doesn't seem to realise it), making cocktails, and all sports, as well as nights out at the Dolphin.

KELLYE, 31, is American, but not annoying. She works in film/television and dabbles in fashion. She likes karaoke, theatre, and hikes that revolve around a pub and/or wine tasting. Also Christmas.
