A cosy double room in a lovely flat just off Broadway Market with views of the canal. The house is currently undergoing a full renovation including a brand new kitchen and bathroom.
We are located about five minutes away from London Fields. The flat is right next to the canal and just slightly off Broadway Market with amazing cafes, coffee shops, bakeries, restaurants, pubs and independent bookshops.
The room has huge windows that overlook the canal. The living room and kitchen are open plan and really big and we have a little walled off garden area at the back. We have one bathroom with shower/bath and toilet and another separate toilet.
Both London Fields and Cambridge Heath Overground Stations are a 10 minute walk
Bethnal Green (central line) tube is a 15 minute walk
Tonnes of bus stops!
Rent is £520 and monthly bills are approximately £80. Water comes in quarterly.
