Hey everyone!

Our housemate Fionn is moving so we are looking for a new housemate!

*Rent*:
683 pcm + bills
(Bills are approx. £100 all included depending on the month). Rent is payable to our friendly and responsive landladies – very simple with no agency fees or involvement.

*The room*: a big double room with a nice view of the garden. Furniture wise, it comes with a bed + mattress, shelves and a wardrobe. The space is very calm as the windows are sound-proof - the only noises you’ll likely hear in the morning are the birds singing.

*The house*:
On the ground floor we have a fully furnished kitchen with a living room. At the front of the house we have a nice terrace with a view on the veggie garden and at the back our lovely garden – key for the BBQ season! The first floor has 2 bedrooms, the bathroom and a spare 3rd bedroom used as a studio with a sofa bed if you have friends or family visinting.
Ground floor: Living room; Dining room; Kitchen; Gardens
1st floor: Bathroom + toilet; 2 Bedrooms; Office & Storage room

*The location*:
We are located between London Fields and Haggerston Park:
3 min walk from Broadway market (farmer market on Saturday)
15 mins to Victoria park and Dalston
7 min from Haggerston station
5 mins walk from supermarkets and numerous independent shops, bakeries, cafes, pubs and restaurants.

*Flatshare vibe*: Jeremy and I are both creatives and while we live busy lives we will often share dinners or drinks. Gisela is a joyful Argentinian UX designer.
