Hey I’m Mark and I have 1 double room to rent in my flat. The flat is an ex council 3 bedroom maisonette with balcony. The kitchen is fully equipped with all the mod cons, dishwasher, including separate washing machine and dryer.

The front room has a balcony and over looks the canal. Separate toilet and bathroom with shower, and before you ask, yes it has good water pressure! The large double bedroom comes with a double bed, large wardrobe, bedside table.

The flat is bang in the middle of several bus routes into the city and west end and a 10-15 minute walk to several overground stations including Haggerston, Hoxton and Bethnal Green underground station.

Minutes from Broadway Market, London fields, Columbia road Market, Shoreditch and Dalston.

Clean and tidy is a must.
