Modern & spacious house, Zone 2 (Double room)
Hi, we are three relaxed, friendly young(ish) professionals (1 couple/non-couply) who are looking for a new fourth house mate that is looking for a proper home rather than just a place to crash. The house is in the lovely leafy and well-connected Brockley in zone 2.
The house is warm in the winter but also nice and airy in the summer, all freshly decorated and well kept. There are two bathrooms so we never really need to queue up in the mornings. It also has a garden that is great for summer BBQs.
Dani (Danielle) is 30 originally from Brazil and works in translation/media for Discovery, into dancing and singing,. super friendly with a constant smile.
Hannah is 33 from Surrey and works for the met police. A bit of a Fitness freak, be it bootcamps, yoga or cycling, I am sure she will try and recruit.
My name is Kush I'm 34 and from Dover, love ale, music and running (in that order). I work as an International Trade Consultant in the Tech sector near Goodge Street.
As a household we are sociable, we like a drink and film together or even an occasional gig or bbq if we're up to it. We all have our own busy lives as well. We all keep the house quite clean, but not in an obsessive way. The only strict rule we have is that if you smoke, please do it outside only.

Brockley has great transport links: 5-10mins walk to both stations
Brockley station is our main one: East London Line (over ground line)
10 minutes to Canada water
15minutes to Shoreditch high street
- National rail, 10 minutes to London Bridge
- 25 minutes direct to Victoria, via Clapham Junction
Crofton Park Station: Blackfriars in 20 minutes, St Pancreas International in 30 mins.
There are buses to everywhere; we have two buses to Central 172 and 171 (Night bus)
Brockley is a nice, safe and leafy area. We have a nice park 5 minutes away, a few trendy bars and lots of nice coffee shops and restaurants all in easy walking distance from the house.
The room is a double and the biggest room in the house. The rent is £650, all utility bills included (gas, electric, council tax, internet/SkyTV)
