Cosy Attic Room only 9 minutes from London Bridge!

Hey!

I’m moving out of my super cute room in Brockley on 16th March and am looking for someone to replace me; my contract runs out in August but there is a definite possibility to extend it. There is also no charge for changing the names on the contract if you want to move before this :)

The room is in a top floor, three bedroom flat with a shared living room, kitchen and bathroom. There is also a lovely terrace which is great for sunbathing in the summer!
There is also a washing machine and tumble drier and a TV in the living room.

The house itself is located on a quiet, leafy street only a 7 minute walk to Brockley station, and a 5 minute walk to Tesco Express. Lewisham is only a 20 minute walk away, or 5 minutes on the bus.

My room is a cosy attic room with plenty of storage space and two skylights. I would definitely advise coming to visit as it really is larger than it looks in the pictures. Included with the room is a bed, two side tables and a built in wardrobe.

Rent is £642 per month, and bills amount to about an extra £50 (heating, electricity, tv license, internet, council tax). There are no agency fees or anything- just the deposit of £889.

Ideally we are looking for a female flatmate who is friendly, up for a chat but likes to do their own thing. The girls in the house are super friendly and tidy working professionals, so would prefer someone of a similar type.
