Single room in Brockley, 5 mins from station.

I have a comfy, single room available as a three month let OR on a weekday basis. My flat is in the Brockley conservation area (zone 2); five minutes walk from the station. It’s ten minutes to London Bridge and about half an hour to central, east or north London.

The room contains a new single bed, bedside unit, shelving, armchair, a large chest of drawers and clothes hanging space. There is shared use of living room, kitchen, bathroom and garden.

The street is quiet and leafy with the area's best deli/café just 2 mins away. The area also has several supermarkets plus a good range of bars and restaurants, while the lovely Hilly Fields park is 5 mins away.

Most bills are included (wi-fi, utilities and council tax), there is free parking on the street and a fortnightly cleaner.

I work in publishing and am looking for a similar professional female who will enjoy living somewhere peaceful and friendly for a few months.

*Please note* that this is only suitable for someone needing temporary accommodation. Also, the room is not available between the 21st and 28th of December but the letting period or rent can be adjusted accordingly.
