Hello there,

My flatmate and I are looking for a single person to live in our lovely flat. The house is a two-bedroom flat.

We are looking for someone tidy, clean, and respectful to live in a beautiful, bright room. The flat is new, modern, and well kept in a quiet and well-connected area: Brockley.

Let's start with transportation and connections to London center:

The house is:
10 MIN by train from London bridge
8 MIN by walk from Brockley station (Overground)
5 min by walk from St John station (Southeastern)
10 min by bus to Lewisham Shopping Centre & Lewisham station (DLR)

ABOUT THE FLAT:

The room is available in a two-bedroom modern flat located in a really nice and quiet area with several supermarkets around (Sainsbury 10 minutes walk, Tesco 5 minutes walk, Asda 15 minutes walk/5 min by bus)

The kitchen/living room is big and bright. The kitchen is fully equipped (fridge, washmachine, cooking utensils, etc.) the bathroom is modern with a brand new glass shower.

The bedroom is bright and spacious with a comfortable bed. It comes with all you need: lamp, shoes closet, clothes rail, small chest of drawers, desk, desk chair, small bin. We can provide also bed sheets and blankets in case needed..

The flat has a lovely shared garden, perfect for summer breakfasts!

The parking around the flat is free

ABOUT US

We are bot Italian working from 9 to 19ish mon-Fri both at the office. We are tidy and organized. Really friendly and extrovert. We love to have a chat and a glass of wine sometimes, but we respect also flatmates space and privacy.

Wants to live in a nice, cosy and friendly place for either short term (1-month minimum), or long term.

- moving in date ( flexible): June 30th 2020 (earliest)
price per month (all included): 580 pound (includes council tax + fast wifi+bills)
- deposit (580/1 month deposit for long term, 300-pound/2 weeks deposit for short term)
