I'm looking for a tenant to stay in my beautiful double bedroom in Brockley for 6 months with the possibility of staying longer.

The room is huge and has a large bay window which lets in lots of light. **All bills are included in the rent.**
You will be living with my Sister who I own the house with. She is a professional working Monday-Friday. This would be a great place to live for another young professional who works similar hours.

The room is pristine and ready to move into today! It is newly furnished and comes with excellent furniture that allows for lots of storage. The double bed has two large drawers, and comes with a brand new and extremely comfortable mattress. There is also a massive wardrobe and large dresser with four deep drawers, as well as two extra long shelves.
The room also comes with some exquisite antique wood furniture including a desk and small side table. There is also a second small side table and large wall mirror.
We keep the flat very clean and tidy so it's important that the new tenant is happy to do so as well.

The flat itself is really charming and has a very cosy feel. It has original wood floors and a large kitchen/living room space that looks out onto our south facing garden which has a small table and chairs set up. There is also a cellar in the flat which can offer some storage. The cellar has been tanked and is a fantastic dry space to store things.

There is parking on the road If you have a car and this is free. The flat is perfectly situated between Nunhead and Brockley stations, roughly a 6-10 minute walk from each. It is also a 2 minute walk from Telegraph Hill Park. There are multiple pubs in the surrounding area, including the wonderful Skehans!
