Me and my two housemates (m&f) are looking for someone to move in to our place in Brockley from the end of November.
Its a great sized room on the middle floor of our three floor house with nearly all new furniture. We have a great lounge with a new TV and a nice garden with BBQ, patio and usually veg in summer.
The room is £700 all in, including a cleaner twice a month. We're less than ten minutes walk from Brockley Station and five minutes away from Crofton Park Station. Loads of shops, pubs and everything else you need nearby.
