I have a large double room that is available weekdays only. The room is on the top floor of a four storey Victorian house in Brockley, has its own toilet, sink and shower, and is at the back of the house overlooking the garden, so it is very quiet. In addition to your own bedroom and amenities, you will have full access to the kitchen, living room, large garden and other shared spaces in the house.
The house is 5 minutes walk from St Johns station, which is two stops (8 mins) to London Bridge or three stops (13 mins) to Cannon Street - which is close to Bank and The City. The house is also walking distance from the DLR and the Overground.
I am 49 years old, and I own the house and live in it with my female partner (who is 42). A female friend also lodges in a separate basement flat full time.
I'm happy to negotiate if you will only need the room for two or three days a week rather than Monday to Friday each week..
