A bedroom available in a two bedroom, 1 bathroom semi-detached home with an outside area. The home is newly renovated with gorgeous flooring and is fully furnished with the exception of your bed. Double glazed windows and central heating to add to the cozy atmosphere. There is a shared living area with an epic dinning room table perfect for hosting guests.

Your bedroom:
Your light and spacious room contains a stand alone cupboard with a storage unit containing 9 draws. Please be advised the room does not come with the bed. Should you require additional storage there is a cellar.

Area:
This leafy lush area is full of quaint little eateries with a couple of parks in short walking distance. Your new home is 7 minutes walk to Brockley Station which has great transport links to central London (Overground and National Rail). Nunhead Station is a 10 minute walk and 15 minute train to London Victoria.

Roommate:
Young and friendly working professional who tends to work long hours. If you do manage to catch him at home he is always up for a chat over a meal. He is very tidy and would like to live with someone who is clean and tidy.
