Cute bright room with a garden view in Brockley

We now have a cute bright room available in our Victorian house in Brockley sharing with three lovely women (Two professionals in creative businesses and an MA-student in publishing).

We are looking for a 24-35 year old woman to move in on February 1. Earlier can maybe be arranged! (either a professional or an MA-student).

A highlight of the property is the green garden with a comfortable sunny terrasse. The quiet room that is available is bright and sunny with a garden view!

The room is furnished with a double bed and wardrobe. You'll have shared use of the cosy living room, a big kitchen, garden and spacious bathroom.

This is quite a chilled house, not a party house. However, we love cooking and invite friends over for dinner or a barbeque.

The house is 7 mins walk from New Cross Station, Brockley station, Goldsmiths University and only about 10 minutes walk to a couple of large parks, Telegraph Hill and Hilly Fields, they both have free tennis and basketball courts. Brockley market that sells high-quality vegetables, fish and delicacies is also only 10 min away. There is also a small Sainsburys and organic food store down the road along with a number of bars and restaurants within only a couple of minutes walk.

The price for the room £475 + bills (about £80 for a cleaner, heating, water, electricity, WIFI, council tax) and is payable monthly in advance. Signed Lodger Agreement (that our landlord will provide) and £500 deposit will be required. Credit references will be undertaken.
