If you want to live in a beautiful house 1 minute walk from Brockley Station then this is for you!

The house is spacious but cosy, with a nice patio space out the back big enough for picnic table and some room to boogie. Open plan living/Kitchen with either a second living room downstairs depending on who takes this! The house is Unfurnished. We are going to sort communal spaces, though if you have anything to add then Great! But you would have to sort bedroom furniture.

Little about us.

We are two female professional creatives, looking to make this place a home. Both Vegan/Veggie, looking for like minded individuals. Keen to make this a green home, eco products and Who Gives a Crap for our behinds. We are both pretty chilled, clean and tidy- home is more for down time than parties. Having said that, a housewarming will definitely be on the cards! Looking for people who are up for socialising but also have their own stuff going on as we are both pretty busy. Gardening/Growing experience is a plus as we want to get some veg boxes going in the patio and any musical and or other talents encouraged and welcomed.

Monica is Colombian, from Reading, speaks pretty average Spanish, loves food, animals, dance, a good movie and is a very wonderful actor and writer.

Ayoola is Nigerian/British, from West Cork Ireland, speaks about three words of Gaelic, loves the outdoors, yoga, Osho, a good book/chinwag/three day Netflix binge and is also an actor among many other day jobs.

Tenancy... So on the profile it says Min term is a Year. Of course that would be ideal, but we understand that doesn’t always work out. So- as long as you find someone to replace you in the contract and cover any costs incurred there, then you can leave when ever you choose! The actual contract is for 24months with a break clause after 10months and the usual 2months notice. We are really hoping to find people we can settle in with, as I personally have moved too many times in the last few years and really don’t want to face it again anytime soon.

Ideally we are looking for a couple/ SPWBB to take the biggest double room. Which would then either free up an extra living room or the smallest bedroom as a spare room/ office space for us all to use.

The area!

Brockley is really lovely, it’s zone 2 and takes roughly 10minutes to get to London Bridge which is great. It’s on the overground, 2 stops to the Jubilee line.

The house is 0.1 to the station and takes honestly a minute to get there.

There is a Sainsbury’s Local which is open till 11pm every night and a Nisa also. Brockley is full of cute cafes and has a lovely community feel to it. The local Broca which is a Vegan cafe, also sells organic produce and there is also a farm service for the area to order seasonal veg etc.
Down the road is the Brockley Jack which puts out loads of great theatre and Peckham with the Plex (£5 cinema ticks) and all it’s other glories is a 25/30min walk away or 20min bus/overground ride. Lewisham is on the other side with Lidl and various other things and there are plenty of green spaces around.
