I’m looking to move out by the end of July - super flexible move in date from 10/07/2020 to 31/07/2020.

The bedroom is a single/ small double. I have bought a double bed and mattress for the room and I’m happy to leave it here! The room is nice and cosy and has great shelving storage. I have also put up a 2 clothes rail outside of the bedroom which I used as extra wardrobe space (I will also be leaving this).
There is no deposit needed and the landlord is super chill. At the moment the rent is £500 (reduced from £550) due to covid.
With all the bills (with current rent price of £500) the month totals £604.32
It’s a really great flat! I’m sad to be leaving and hope the next person will love it too ❤️
