Live with me in super characterful, spacious flat

My housemate has to leave due to financial issues and I really want to stay here as this place has very much won my heart and become home.

The flat is in a lovely, quiet residential area with lots of local amenities nearby (big asda nearby, plenty of smaller shops, cute pubs when there's not a plague etc.). We're less than 5 minutes walk from Hilly Fields and there's plenty of other parks and cute areas nearby- I often walk to the river which takes less than half an hour. We are about equidistant from Ladywell, St John's & Brockley Stations with Elverson Road & Lewisham station being easy walking distance too. Also close to New Cross and Deptford for when nightlife is a possibility again.

The flat has so much character and very quickly felt like home once we moved in. It feels a lot more real than some newer places, the high ceilings and wooden floors really add character. There's plenty of storage too.
We've got a huge living room which is perfect for when people can come around and also means that even in lockdown it never feels like you're in one another's hair. Working from home has been a breeze with all this space.

The room overlooks the back garden and has been a great place to relax in during this past year. The fireplaces are such a great feature and it comes with an enormous wardrobe which is brilliant storage.
Bills come to about £120 a month but I'm going to shop around to try get some of that reduced.

About me: I'm 29 and work as a psychotherapist as well as running a small LGBT charity. I work from home currently but come June most of my work should be out of the house. I am a big fan of cinema and so if you're a movie person (especially older films) then that'd be ace but really I'm just looking for someone with a good sense of humour who isn't a nightmare, who will want to go out to the pub now and then and ideally someone who makes a good cup of tea. I have got into cooking a lot this year so am happy to cook for one another as fits. I play music (poorly) but make sure to keep it within reasonable times and volumes. I've included a picture of me about to be licked by my mum's dog so you can get a vague sense of me.
