Hi! A room is available in our flat, you can take either room seen in the pics, they're the same price, and approx same size. Flat also includes a balcony, really good for outdoors sitting in the sun, has a cover as well so you can put stuff out without it getting wet. All the neighbours are really friendly mostly young couples age 25-35.

Best thing is the flat is really big, you can play music, watch tv, yoga, exercise do what you want really! It's also about 1 minute away from Brockley station and loads of good shops, pubs, restaurants nearby.
You'll be living with me and my partner Sammy from NZ, and myself Josh from Brighton. Sammy works at holland and Barrett and I study Fine Art at Caberwell and work as a pharmacy tech when its not term time. Please reach out with any ?'s or more details on anything else. Thanks!
