Large double: £1150 with bills (room £975)
Small double: £1050 incl bills (room £875
1 room, 2 options…
I’ve been in the small double for 4yrs! Up for a switch depending on what you’re after re: space and wfh needs :) details of both below - lmk if you’re up for either and what you do and we can decide Xx

Looking for someone chilled but sociable to share my flat with :)
I work as a Producer in Advertising, so I’m wfh 2-3 days unless I'm mid production (away or locked away). Most evenings I like to cook, chat, listen to music, watch trash and/or high brow and just relax. When I’m not doing that, I’ll probably be at a pub/gig/club with friends or at tennis/football/yoga etc.
**Also, I now have a cat! He's technically hypoallergenic (Russian Blue), but he's definitely fluffy and you definitely need to like cats to live with them I've realised haha. He's very loveable if you're into that though!

Small double:
The smaller room is at the back, facing the garden with tall ceilings/ window - it’s cosy but airy! I’ve worked out how to make it work… two hanging rails, a chest of drawers not in the pics, more drawers under the bed 😅 but obviously best for someone who doesn’t need to wfh too much or is a minimalist haha
Large double:
The larger room has two built in wardrobes, two storage cupboards, chunky shelves and is spacious enough to work from if you ever need to wfh (the wifi extends). It’s at the front of the house but the street is quiet and friendly, it's furthest from the lounge and there's a hedge, frosting and shutters - so overall it feels quite private.
NB: I've not included a bed in the large room yet as previous housemates were long term so bought their own. And, the photos are actually from my previous housemate, who owned the drawers - my current housemate has a third double wardrobe and desk in the room, so it looks a little different atm.
Living space:
The kitchen/living room is open plan, so naturally social in the evenings and it goes straight out into a cute, private garden. Definitely a perk in summer but we’re also lucky to have sunsets on Telegraph Hill a 5min walk away!
4min walk from Brockley
10min walk from Nunhead
The bathroom has a standing shower only but the pressure is good and it’s clean 💫 and then there’s a separate loo, which does the job
I've met my last 2 "lodgers" here and loved living with both! It's genuinely important to me that it feels like your home as much as mine. So I'm ideally looking for another long term housemate, but we can check in and see how it’s going after 6 months - the deposit is just to cover the notice period of 1 month, but there’s no actual minimum term or awkward contract. As long as there’s mutual respect on stuff like maintenance, cleaning and noise, I’m easy going!
Bills are an additional £175 each at the moment - that covers council tax, internet, gas, electricity, water, tv licence, netflix but I’ll keep reviewing in case it can come down a little
Looking forward to meeting you! x
