Room in 3 Bedroom House in Brockley

Hello!
A room for rent is available in our shared house starting March 1st.
Currently, my roommates are two PhD researchers at Goldsmiths University, and we are looking for a like-minded research/art student occupant or a working professional.

The house is very spacious, has a large garden and a big living room and dining area and a shared kitchen with two bathrooms ( a large one with a tub and a skylight, smaller one upstairs with the room). We have many books and many of plants.

The room for rent has a large window with lots of light and has a great view of the garden. The room is furnished with a double bed frame and clothing rack. The mattress is not included, but you are welcome to buy it off me if interested. There is also now a shelf installed along the window that can be used as a work space (not pictured).

The rent is £535 per month plus £100 in bills (council tax, gas, electricity, water and internet) The deposit will be one month’s rent. Our landlord lives nearby and you'll will be signing an individual contract with him, for one year minimum. (we are not looking for short term lets)
