Double Room available for 3/4 months

I have a lovely double room available for 3/4 months from late March. The room has a double bed and lots of storage, with a triple wardrobe and big chest of drawers.

It’s a spacious split level flat, your room is at the top and we would share the living room, kitchen, and bathroom. The flat is in a great location, with Hilly Fields is at the end of the street and you can walk to Brockley or Crofton Park stations in 8-10 minutes, as well as Ladywell in around 12. There are lots of great independent restaurants and bars nearby too.

You’d be sharing with me, I own the flat and work five days a week in the office. I’m friendly and easygoing and hopefully you are too. I like to cook and am happy to share meals sometimes and go to the pub, but equally respectful of everyone’s space.

The rent is £850 plus bills which are around £150 each. The room is open to women preferably, and I can be somewhat flexible on move in/out dates.
