Would you like to live in a quiet flat where you would not have to share with anyone else for most of each month! My work in theatres around the country mean that I am regularly away.

My current flatmate, Kirsty will be moving out on Saturday 8th February. She has enjoyed her time here and is happy to share her views and answer any questions you may have.

The flat is modern, light, sunny and quiet. Situated in the center of the Brockley Conservation area and close to Hilly Fields park, Friendly Gardens and Brookmill park.

The flat is very eco-friendly with solar panels on the roof which provides both power and lashings of hot water and a multi-fuel stove in the lounge which heats the radiators in the winter months. So if you love recycling and saving the planet you will find you are in good company here.

You would have the large double bedroom which is light and airy and has plenty of storage with a spacious double wardrobe, chest of drawers and bedside tables.

If you need to study for work or educational reasons there is a large desk at one end of the lounge with a computer and printer which you are most welcome to use.

Close to both Brockley and St John's stations which are both just a 5 minute walk (Zone 2 - London Bridge 10 minutes, Canary Wharf 15 minutes).

The local DLR station is Deptford Bridge about 8 minutes walk and there are many bus routes (24 hour service) to central London. The property is also a short walk from Goldsmiths University and Lewisham College.

Many local shops and restaurants and major shopping centres are all easily accessible. Brockley is a vibrant area with a number of large parks and a variety of leisure facilities.

I believe that you should regard the flat as your home - not just as a place to sleep. I fully respect other peoples privacy, enjoy good conversation and the company of people from any sexual orientation.

* Please note I do expect people to provide references. This price is for single person occupancy, a couple (MF, MM or FF) would be at a different rate.
If you have an interest in gardening I will discount the rent in return for some general garden maintenance.
