The rooms are within a 3 bedroom Victorian House in Brockley, South East London.

I would like to share with mature single professionals, preferably resident in UK.. Who are: honest, reliable, full-time employed, friendly, clean, tidy, non-smoking, doesn't own a bike (as there is no space), respectful, sociable & contributes to keeping communal areas clean and tidy.
Brockley is a quiet leafy area with nice restaurants, pubs, cafes and local supermarkets like Sainsbury's & Co-Op. It seems everyone has moved here because of the quick and regular train service on the London Overground to Canada Water (11mins), Shoreditch High Street (20mins) and London Bridge (12-14mins). There are trains to either Canada Water/Shoreditch or London Bridge approximately every 5mins from Brockley.
The house is within walking distance of 2 stations: Crofton Park station (5mins walk)- trains to Elephant & Castle/ Farringdon /Blackfriars/ Kings Cross. Brockley (5-10 mins walk) - trains to London Bridge/ Canada Water/ Shoreditch approx every 5 mins. It is also very easy to get to New Cross (15mins by 171 or 172 bus).
£800 inclusive of all bills. Washing machine, open plan kitchen space, shared lounge, court yard - with wall airer to hang clothes and large garden patio area for housemates to enjoy the sun shine... When it appears!

Please note I have decided to remove a double size mattress and will not be replacing it therefore ideal for a new housemate to bring their own mattress to fit the white bedframe.
