The bedroom is fully furnished with a chest of drawers, a comfy bed, wooden bookshelves and a built in wardrobe. There is also an additional wardobe on the landing you can use.

The open plan living space is made up of a living area with sofa, coffee table, a new 43 inch TV and DVD player while in the dining area there's a solid wooden table and chairs.

The bathroom is at the back of the house. It is enormous with lots of light coming in. As well as a powerful shower it's got a deep bath for soaking in on those cold winter nights.

The kitchen is colourful and has everything you'd expect, a large fridge/freezer, an electric hob and oven, a microwave, toaster and the all important kettle.

It was once the landlord's home so feels very homely, a really pleasant place to live. The landlord lives out but makes improvements to the property on a regular basis.

The house is in a quiet residential street close to lots of transport links, Ladywell Station, Crofton Park and Honor Oak Park are all within easy walking distance and it's good for buses too. There are parks nearby (Blythe Hill Fields and Hilly Fields) and a great butchers a couple of minutes away along with other corner shops and small supermarkets.

For anyone who doesn't know the area it's a really lovely one to live in. It's close enough to London to get into the centre easily but it's leafy and green enough to feel a lot more peaceful. There are bars, cafes and restaurants on the main road (5 minutes walk) and Lewisham is nearby for shopping.

It would suit a working professional. Sorry, no students.
