Free on street parking. Crofton park train station 150 yards away which takes you to London Blackfriars in 15 mins. A short ten minute walk takes you to Honour Oak Park on the London Overground line which also has a National Rail service that takes you to London Bridge in 15 mins.

Landlord's brother who lives locally will manage the house on behalf of the landlord

The room is available now - viewings are welcome.

Bills - Gas, TV Licence and Electricity are shared between the housemates. Council tax, Water and broadband are paid for by the landlord. The broadband has been recently upgraded offering a minimum of 54mbps.
