I have a lovely, very spacious double room with a south facing rooftop view that is spare and am looking for a flatmate.

The top floor flat (with lift access) has a communal garden space, is on a quiet street and free parking. The kitchen and bathroom are shared and have plenty of storage space.
N. B. there is no living room or en suit.

Brockley is South London (so juuust in zone 2) with lovely open spaces at Hilly Fields/Telegraph Hill that rival Clapham Common. There are a number of artisan/deli stores to choose from, Goldsmiths is just around the corner and a Salisbury mega store is nearby for when you want to do a big shop.

Commuting is great, its 6 minutes walk to Brockley or 12 minutes to New Cross Gate train stations. From there your 10 minutes to London Bridge, 20 minutes to Charing Cross/Shoreditch. New Cross has 24 hour overground/tube at the weekend a hub through which most buses pass to south east london.

Bills; the cost of Gas, Electric, Water, Council Tax and Wifi are included in the rent.

The Flatmate: I am a 36 year old Physiotherapist, sociable, friendly and considerate who is looking for a lodger. I Work Monday to Friday so am quiet through the week. Am clean, polite and easy going, love sports, food, politics with two awesome cats so am looking for a sound, stable and sociable cat lover to flat share with.
