Single Room (own bathroom) in Cozy East Ldn Flat

My housemate of 10 years is moving out (he just purchased his own property, yayy) so finding a new flat mate to take over his single room. Flat is facing the River Lea canal, 3 min walk to Bromley by Bow Station (can get to central on tube approx 20 min). 7 min walk to Devon's Road DLR and 7 min train ride to Canary Wharf Station. 5 min walk to massive Tesco, 3 min to Sainsbury's by station. 13 min ride to Greenwich Station, 7 min ride to Stratford Station and Westfield (Uber usually £5-7). Bow Mcdonald's just up the road. East London's finest available on UberEats and Deliveroo. Parking available but may be additional (negotiable). All bills included, except for electricity which will be quarterly. Own bathroom as I have an en-suite in my room. One very friendly housemate. Fantastic location, which is why I never bothered getting a car, despite having a licence for years (think I have even forgotten how to drive). Housemate is a lawyer, female, outgoing with lots of friends who you probably would become acquainted with.
