Large Double Room in gated residence, cheap bills

We are renting a spacious double room on the ground floor. It's furnished with a divan bed, a desk and some other furniture.

Our place is a town house, located in a gated complex, so very safe and quiet. We do have a gym with pool and jacuzzi (free to use), but at the moment there is no access to it due to Covid.

On the ground floor you have the kitchen, lounge and a shared toilet (mostly for you) and a cute garden patio. Bathroom is upstrairs which you will share it with only 2 of the 4 remaining residents, as the rest have their own.

As for us, we (1 boy, 3 girls) are a bunch of greeks , quite international though having lived in many places and speaking many languages. We are all professionals mostly working from home. We are open minded and chill, and quite often spend some time in the lounge, kitchen or garden. Most of us are creatives in one or the other way, so if you are too, you are welcome. Having said that, we are no party house and value each others privacy.

Re £:
Council tax is included in the rent, so bills are around £40-60 for everything, so it's really cheap.
