Brondesbury Park - Double Room - Great City Views

Shared Living space

Hello :)
I have a lovely double room to rent with shared living/dinning room space, kitchen and bathroom. The flat has great views of the city, and we are set back from a quiet road with tall front garden trees, with a nice quiet communal garden at the rear, which the bedroom looks over.
I live alone most days and have my 10 year old daughter sharing the space some days too. My daughter is a lot of fun with a kind and respectful nature. We often go away on weekends, yet occasionally have some of her friends over to visit if you don't mind that.
We are generally quiet and don't do late nights, so if that's your preference too you could fit right in.
There are two lovey parks within a very short walk, Queens Park is great for morning runs, fitness activities, tennis, golf, also with play parks, quiet flower garden, and small animal zoo.

For transport we are within a short walking distance to the overground and Kilburn Jubilee underground. The Bakerloo line is not too far either, with plenty of busses into the city. Queens park and Kensal Rise are both well-known for some nice pubs and restaurants. There is a great weekly farmers market and healthfood shops within walking distance too (if that's your thing).
