Spacious double bedroom available in a bright, neutrally decorated flat with wooden floors. The street is tree-lined, with Brook Green and Holland Park only a few minutes walk away.

The flat has a modern kitchen with gas hob and solid granite work-surfaces. This leads onto a shared living/dining room, where we often sit to have chat and a glass of wine
The bathroom has a fitted shower over the bath, and extractor fan.

Brook Green is a quiet area with plenty of local restaurants and pubs to choose from. A Tesco Extra is 5 minutes walk away, and Hammersmith and Kensington high-streets are also walkable.

Transport links are exceptional. Shepherds Bush, Hammersmith and Baron's Court underground stations are within a 15 minute walk, and overground links at Kensington Olympia just 5 minutes away.

The flat's available as I'm moving in with my boyfriend, and looking for someone to take on the remainder of my share of the tenancy contract. I've known my flatmate Mel for almost 10 years; she's considerate, funny and gives excellent beauty advice!
